Enable users to self-register.

.Procedure
. Click *Realm Settings* in the main menu.  
. Click the *Login* tab.  
. Toggle *User Registration* to *ON*. 
. Click *Save*.

After you enable this setting, a *Register* link displays on the login page of the Admin Console.
