106669cd45 KEYCLOAK-15428 Fix two broken links causing test failures 
http://browsercookielimits.squawky.net no longer exists, and I can't find an
equivilent of what it did, so I've removed it.

https://wildfly.org needed a slash on the end and a www up front, to prevent a redirect.

That should resolve the test failures currently causing all PRs to be flagged.

8a3fbabf26 KEYCLOAK-14862 Upgrade httpclient test dependency 
The new version of httpclient supports handling HTTP 429 errors. This should
resolve the sporadic failures in the ReleaseNotesTest in PRs.

I also increased the retry count to 5, to make sure the default backoff
algorithm in httpclient has room to work effectively.

7139636c0e Updated section on the Credentials tab 
Previously, the process for viewing the credentials tab left out an important step. Namely, that the Credentials tab does not show up until you've saved the client with the Access Type set to confidential. 

This patch adds a sentence to help guide readers to get to the Credentials tab.
