cd20f45b8a Ensure that values of attributes are unique in the database 
While this is already ensured on the Java level when using a Set, database inconsistencies as occurred with Hibernate could lead to follow-up problems that are hard to analyze (as seen in #11666).

Update kc/kcadm/kcreg.sh to support JAVA and JAVA_HOME (#11337) 
When executing Keycloak Quarkus `bin/kc.sh`, `bin/kcadm.sh`, `bin/kcreg.sh`,
the first java command found in `$PATH` is executed. The environment
variables `JAVA` and `JAVA_HOME` are not available to specify the java
command / JVM to execute.

This commit updates `bin/kc.sh`, `bin/kcadm.sh`, and `bin/kcreg.sh` to support
environment variables `JAVA` and `JAVA_HOME`.

Resolves #11336
