If you do not want OTP reset, then just chose the `disabled` radio button to the right of `Reset OTP`. If you do not want OTP reset, then just chose the `disabled` radio button to the right of `Reset OTP`.
NOTE: Be sure to leave Update Password enabled on the Required Actions tab. Otherwise, Forgot Password does not work.
